  • How do I order aden + anais products?
  • You can order aden + anais products through our website found at URL: http://www.adenandanais.com. On arrival at the website, click on PRODUCTS and begin shopping. Select from our range of items and click ADD TO CART. You will be provided with a summary page, at which point if you wish to continue shopping, click CONTINUE SHOPPING in the bottom left hand side of the web page. At any point in time during your shopping you can click SHOPPING CART in the top right hand corner to view a summary of your listed items. If you are ready to close out, then click checkout and you will be forwarded to the SHIPPING AND PAYMENT page where you can submit and finalize your order.   • Does aden + anais offer a gift wrap service?
  • Yes. The charge is $4.95 per item. If an order is made up of multiple items, for example, one set of girl's wraps, one set of boy's wraps and one towel & washcloth set, the $4.95 will be charged for each item in the order.

  • Can I cancel an order?
  • Yes, as long as the item has yet to be shipped or within 24 hours of making the order. For any questions you can contact us at info@adenandanais.com or call (718) 360- 9955. Be sure to have your order/confirmation number available.

  • How many items can be placed on the shopping cart?
  • There are no limits to the amount of shopping or items you wish to purchase.

  • At what point is my credit card charged?
  • Your credit card is charged once the order is shipped. aden + anais only accepts credit card purchases and does not accept checks or money orders for payment.

  • Is your website secure?
  • Yes, the aden + anais website is a secure shopping environment where information is safeguarded if you are a registered user. For non-registered users your information is not held beyond the shipping of the order. Our security policy is covered under the PRIVACY link on our website.

  • Is their any advantage in being a Registered User of aden + anais?
  • On becoming a registered user, your information will be kept securely on file, and allow you to minimize the timing of the checkout process. You will also receive information on promotions and new products as they become available.

  • How is my order shipped?
  • aden + anais uses shipping services such as FedEx and UPS. On checkout you will be given various options based on the courier selected.

  • Can the shipping address be different to the credit card billing address?
  • Yes. Simply follow the instructions on the website during the CHECKOUT process to be given this option. Please note that we can only ship to one address per order. If you have more than one item in your order, and need these items to be shipped to different addresses, then multiple orders will need to be processed. We are also limited to physical address deliveries; we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

  • Does aden + anais have a return policy?
  • Yes.

    1. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
    2. Returns must be in the original condition at time of purchase, including packaging, instructions and any accessories associated with the purchase.
    3. If merchandise returned is damaged or changed in anyway as per our discretionary inspection, a refund will not be provided.
    4. Gift wrapping charges and shipping charges associated with an order will not be refunded.
    5. Shipping of returned items to aden + anais is at your expense.
    6. If merchandise is defective it should be returned within 15 days for a full replacement. All costs associated with shipping will be the responsibility of aden + anais.

  • Does aden + anais charge any Sales Tax?
  • We collect sales tax on all purchases in the state of California and the state of New York. Any package sent to an address in California or New York state will be taxed at the current sales tax rate. For packages shipped to addresses outside of California and New York, no sales tax will be collected or passed on. Currently, there is no applicable sales tax for shipping charges.
